    Leeds Christmas Market is a festive, Alpine inspired market set in the heart of the city. Featuring traditional wooden chalets, it offers a mix of seasonal food, drink, handcrafted gifts, and entertainment—perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit. New for this year we have a THOR’s tipi bar & an Alpine Lodge.

    Yes, entry to Leeds Christmas Market is completely free.

    How do I get there?

    • By train: Leeds Station is directly next to City Square

    • By car: Several city centre car parks are within walking distance

    Is the market accessible?

    City Square is step-free and centrally located, making it accessible for most visitors. Please be aware that it can become busy during peak times.

    Is the market indoors or outdoors?

    The market is primarily outdoors, so we recommend dressing warmly. But we do have two heated bar/cafes as part of the event.

    Dogs are very welcome, but we recommend keeping them on a lead due to crowds.

    Are there toilet facilities?

    Toilets are available nearby in THOR’S tipi bar.

    Can I pay by card?

    Most stalls accept card payments, but carrying some cash is advisable.
